Mote con huesillo

In Chile one food very typical is Mote con huesillo. The people eat mote all the time but
specially  when start the independense day celebration in our country. The mote is a species the sweet juice with little wheat grains and a dehydrated peaches. It is not an alcoholic drink so the children and adults can drink it.

This drinks we can  meet a lot of places , in parks , in the streets , until you can prepare in you own home because the ingredients are easy to get.
